I am a dedicated middle school mathematics educator with nine years of teaching experience. Throughout my career, I have taught one year of 5th grade math, four years of 6th grade math, and four years of 7th grade math. My passion lies in helping students build confidence in mathematics by creating an engaging, supportive classroom where every learner has the opportunity to succeed. I believe that math should be accessible to all students. My goal is simple: I want every student to leave my classroom loving math or at the very least, not hating it. By fostering meaningful relationships, encouraging perseverance, and making mathematics relevant to everyday life, I strive to help students discover their own potential as mathematical thinkers. Outside of the classroom, I have been happily married for seven years, and I am the proud mother of two wonderful boys. My family inspires me daily and reinforces my commitment to creating a positive, caring environment for the students and families.
